This DK is an economical, single-board development kit for evaluation and development on the nRF9160SiP for LTE-M, NB-IoT and GPS. It is pre-certified also. It also includes an nRF52840 board controller that can be used to build a Bluetooth Low Energy gateway.

The kit is made Arduino Uno Rev3compatible.It has User-programmable four LEDs, two buttons and two switches are available to easily give input and get output. The nRF9160 DK supports card slot for a 4FF SIM and footprint for an MFF2 SIM , to support both plug-in and soldered (e)SIMs. It is complimeted with a eSIM card from iBasis which is preloaded with 10 MB fo data.
Programming and debugging
Programming and debugging can be through the Segger J-Link OB, which also supports external targets. This DK has full suite of development software and tools. All free are to download and use commercially.
